I made this recipe tonight. I mostly followed it, with the exception of sautéing the veggies: When I make salmon patties, I don’t sauté the onions first, so I figured I could skip it with the peppers too. And guess what? It was fine! Oh, and I used teriyaki instead of Worcestershire, because I’m out of Worcestershire. Also fine.
I will never make salmon patties the old way again!
